Introduction
Whether you’re planning a gala event or something more modest at home, sometimes hiring a caterer is the way to go when it comes to feeding your guests. Not just food purveyors, many caterers can handle other details like rentals, bartenders/servers, beverages, flowers and more. Some people even use caterers or personal chefs to deliver a gourmet meal for a special dinner party.

Personal Chef

For a more intimate experience you can invite a chef into your home or any location with a kitchen and have him/her prepare the meal.
Generally they will come in and do food prep, cook the meal and clean up afterward.
Other equipment/supply needs will be the host’s responsibility.
Some people even use a personal chef on regular basis for their own enjoyment.
