Last night we learned to cook my favourite dish - Thai Red Curry. Everything was made from scratch, so the flavours were so fresh and yummy. This will be a regular on our menu, and I don't think I'll ever eat this dish in a restaurant again, now that I know what it SHOULD taste like. Awesome experience. Just wanted to let you know that Chef Jackie Fowler was here tonight. She was wonderful and the food was superb. We both enjoyed meeting her and the meal was absolutely perfect. Chef Jackie was wonderful, very professional yet friendly as well. It was a treat to have her in our home.
